EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
For all returns processed after the delivery of products and items, such as clothing and accessories ("Product") made outside the Republic of Mexico, you (the "Customer") agree to adhere to the following policies outlined below.
Please follow our policies as indicated in this document to initiate any return.
- A product purchased on the website cannot be exchanged in a store, whether owned and operated by us or by any of our retail partners.
- To initiate the return process for a product, please send us a request via email to email@example.com within 10 business days from the date you receive the shipment with the products.
- Subject to these policies, if the return is initiated in accordance with the policies provided in this document, the amount will be refunded to your bank account or provided as store credit for future purchases in our online store.
- We will not accept return requests for products purchased with a 50% or higher discount. In such cases, without exception, products with discounts of 50% or more will not be eligible for returns, nor will the amount paid or received by us be refundable.
- Products purchased or offered without a discount for their full value, or with a discount below 50%, will be eligible for return according to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Terms and conditions for the valid return of products purchased below a 50% discount or at full price:
- In case you have received an incorrect product, or in cases where you receive a damaged product, you can initiate the return process of the product within 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery. All product returns must be initiated through the process mentioned above, where you may also be asked to upload images of the received product.
- Failure to report the damaged condition of the product, according to the required procedure mentioned above, may result in the rejection of your refund request.
- The product will not be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- If the product has been damaged by the customer;
- If the product has been altered by the customer;
- If the product has been washed, used, spoiled, or worn by the customer; or
- If the product belongs to a category of non-returnable products, as indicated above.
- 'Accessories', 'Underwear', 'Swimwear' will not be eligible for return.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return. However, subject to applicable laws, they can be used/redeemed for a period of 1 year.
- Each product is sent with original tags and packaging. Once these tags are removed, the product will not be returnable under any circumstances. In this regard, it is clarified that the purchased product will not be eligible for a refund if the product is returned without these original tags and packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will reasonably inspect the returned product and notify you within a maximum period of up to 2 (two) weeks after receiving the product if the returned product is eligible for a refund or return (according to our policies). When making your product return request, we may ask you to submit photographs of the product for approval.
- In all cases, if we receive the return request for the product(s) after 10 days from the date of receipt of the product due to delays in initiating the return process and/or for any reason attributable to you/the customer, such product will not be accepted for a valid return/refund, and it will be returned at your cost and risk.
In the case of returns (if the order is not delivered for any reason, such as errors in loading shipping information or if the customer refuses to accept the order) - Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. In case the item has been shipped with 'free delivery', an amount of USD 30 (thirty US dollars) will be deducted from the order amount within the USA and USD 60 outside the USA. The refunded amount will not include any duties and/or taxes.
We cannot accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product, return your order and place a new order using the store credit. Please refer to our return policy as set forth in this document for more details.
After completing all processes, and once we approve the return of the product, we will refund the total cost of the product, except for shipping charges and customs/duties (shipping fee USD 30 within the USA and USD 60 outside the USA + customs/duties as applicable to orders outside the USA, will be deducted from the refund amount) in the form of "Refund to the original payment method" (as preferred by you at the time of filling out the Return Form). Please note that products with a 50% discount or higher are not eligible for a return.
Refund to the original payment method:
- If you have opted for the method "Refund to the original payment method," the shipping charges paid by you will be deducted from the refund you receive. In case the item has been shipped with 'free delivery,' an amount of USD 30 (thirty US dollars) will be deducted from the order amount within the USA and USD 60 outside the USA. The refunded amount will not include any duties and/or taxes.
- Once we receive your package in accordance with our return policies set forth in this document, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive information from us (typically 3 to 5 business days). Therefore, please be aware that a refund may take between 7 and 14 days to reflect in your bank account.
It is clarified that, in cases of returns, MIRA BOUTIQUE (the Company) does not refund the customs/duties (as applicable, according to applicable laws) paid by the customer at the time of purchasing the product. We provide a return pickup service (once the return is approved), where the return charges will be borne by us, for each validly executed return (according to our policies in this document). Once your return request is approved, the shipping team will arrange pickup by our courier and logistics service provider in your area where the shipment was made. Returns must be handed over to the logistics service within 72 hours of receiving the return label to qualify for a refund. Any return delivered to FEDEX after 72 hours will be returned to the sender. We will not accept any product return received by us that does not comply with our policies in this document or any return request received after 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery (according to the terms herein, despite any delays).
Some miscellaneous requirements to consider for the return process:
- The return request to the email firstname.lastname@example.org is mandatory for all returns. For all returns, specifically mention "RETURN TO SENDER," the relevant 'Order number,' and the 'Customer's name' on the package for easy reference.
