Our orders are shipped from the warehouse in Mexico or the Dominican Republic.

Please note that when subscribing to our newsletter or database, we provide with the subscription a discount 'Promotional Coupon' or 'Promotional Codes'. You can take advantage of coupons/promotional codes only on products that are displayed at full price.
Also, please note that two promotional/coupon codes cannot be used on a single purchase or on a single customer order for the same products.

Order and Shipping:

1. Once we have received payment for the particular Product/goods/items and they have been credited to our account, you will receive an Order confirmation/Receipt confirmation email.
2. Upon confirmation of your order, we will process your order within 3-7 business days. We will also send you the tracking details for your order before we ship your order. You can follow the delivery status of your order here (tracking LINK)
3. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In the event that an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or any holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day(s). Please note that business days may refer to, and exclude, reported holidays, official holidays and/or bank holidays.
4. We offer free shipping within the US on orders over USD 360/- (US Three Hundred Dollars).
   

Delivery of orders in the US is on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means customers do not need to pay any duties, taxes or charges additional customs fees for delivery.

For customers located outside of the US, applicable taxes and duties will depend on the products ordered, the customer's destination country or territory, and the value of the cart. Please be sure to check any taxes and duties that may be applicable to your order, prior to ordering. You can choose to pay duties/taxes on the website or you can choose to pay the courier and logistics service provider directly.

1. Please note that we ship orders via various third-party courier and logistics service providers, with whom we only have a business relationship and not an agency or contractor/subcontractor.
2. The cost of shipping by such courier and logistics service providers is calculated and included in the price displayed at checkout.
3. Post dispatch transit time 5 - 8 business days.
4. Delivery times are always provided on the basis of best estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. There may be a delay in delivery in case of force majeure and forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
6. If the shipping/delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, then the delivery of the order may be delayed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or reasons attributable to you.
7. We do not ship to post office boxes.
8. The courier and logistics service provider may also share the delivery status of your order or contact you to verify your availability for order delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery of the order, they will return it and mark it as not delivered and try again according to their schedule. You can also contact the local office of the courier service provider and reschedule the delivery. As soon as a relevant courier service provider delivers the shipment to you/the recipient, the risk of Loss/Damage/Damage of the order or in connection with the order, is your responsibility and for your/the customer's account.

The aforementioned policies may be subject to the policies of our international courier and logistics service providers. You can contact the relevant courier and logistics service providers for their localized policies, applicable according to different areas.

In the case of orders with a value less than 360 US dollars that are delivered in the US, said Price includes applicable taxes and duties. However, said Price does not include shipping costs, so they will be borne by the Customer at the time of purchase.
